Our new President Chris Fabiano opened the evening’s meeting. Jim Capobianco announced our fundraiser show in Sewel, NJ on February 24. We had guests from as far away as Connecticut. Coins, cards, and silks were the order of the day, not to mention a good healthy breakfast.
Our speaker was Devin Knight, a great magician and a prolific inventor of magical effects. Performing a wide variety of effects from “Blindsight Outdone” to a visually impressive “Spoon Bending” routine, his effects were not only surprising, but within the skill level of many magicians. His silk effect, “As You Wish” puzzled us all.
